Frequently asked questions
Do our parents have to install anything?
Parents, players and volunteers use the Klubba app, from the App Store or Google Play; they create their account through the website. Klubba also works in the browser of every phone, tablet and computer.
What does it cost per member?
Nothing. You pay one price per year for your whole club, whether you have eighty members or six hundred.
Can we bring over our existing member list?
Yes. You paste your list or upload a CSV; the age group is derived from the year of birth, and you can leave the team empty until the squads are settled.
Where is our data kept?
On European servers, with Microsoft Azure in the EU. Klubba is built in Belgium and the data processing agreement is on the site.
Who can see our youth players' data?
Only those who need it. Every role has its own rights: a coach sees their team, a parent sees their child, and a scout sits explicitly outside club operations and sees no addresses, invoices or messages.
Can we stop whenever we want?
Yes, your subscription runs a year at a time and never renews without notice. You can export your data for as long as your subscription runs.
What if we need help getting started?
That is what the one-off set-up fee is for: we set your club up, set up your teams, and help you import your members.
